Alright so I guess I am not very good at telling a story. I say to be continued but never get back to it. Sooo to preface everything before the delivery, since I use this as my journal. My sister Jaimee came from Vegas on Wednesday to be here for the birth and take care of me. She was going to come on the 30th but I felt that it was going to come earlier, so I said please come. Even though that is not my track record, I usually go late. She even celebrated her husbands birthday early so she could come. We had a great 2 days before the action begin.
On Friday the 27th we decided to take all the kids to the park. As we were driving there I had a contraction, and then another one. I was hoping something was going to happen because the 28th was Jasons(Jaimee's husband) Birthday and I didnt want Jaimee coming early to be in vain. Well my wish came true. The whole day my contractions were getting stronger and stronger. By 11:30 PM I was on the computer and I shifted on the chair and GUSHHH, I thought "Ohhhh crap, I just wet my pants!!!" My husband was not home at the time so I went to my sister and told her I wasnt sure if my water broke or not. After coming to the conclusion it was, my mid wife told me my heavy labor would start very soon. Well within 20 min. it hit me. We timed contractions for about an hour and then called my husband to get the heck home. He was still in Salt Lake so with lights and sirens he belts home at 140mph. We get to the hospital about 1:45AM, and Iam sure that I am at least dialated to a 5. Wishful thinking, I was only a 3. So they get me in a room, I last till about a 5 then needed an epidural. By the time I was fully dialated it was about 5:30 AM. Sooo I push, and push, and push. Baby is not coming down. Heart rate is dropping drastically. My midwife is not liking the situation and calls the Dr. and tells me there is a possibility of C-section. Of course I really freak out about now. The Dr. was going to try and do forceps but decided it was still to high. I am physically and emotionally drained. I have pushed for almost an hour and was seeing fuzzy by now. Everytime that I did push the heartrate went down into the 20's so I had to stop. I am crying my husband is crying, the Dr. looks at me and says this is your last chance. If we dont get this baby out, you will have a C-section. All of a sudden I felt this strong higher power...I grabbed onto my husbands shirt, and my moms shirt and pushed with everything I had left. The Dr. said its coming, push again....I did and it was out. My poor baby had the cord wrapped around his neck and arm. No wonder he didnt like his cord being cramped. Everyone was amazed they couldnt believe that he came out. Not to mention the gush of green fluid and mechonium that followed the birth. With all that and he didnt breathe in a drop. His lungs were completley clear. I cried for like an hour after he was born. I felt so lucky and blessed with the miracle help the Lord had given me.
Here it is 3 weeks later and I am so elated that all is healthy and happy. The kids adore him and sing him songs all day. He likes to be held, the moment you put him down he knows it and cries. And who can resist his quivering chin begging to be picked up again. We love him and thankful again he has joined our family. Thank you ALL for your sweet comments, I hope my story hasnt bored you too bad. Below are pictures of our adventures.

Where it all begin...at the park. The cousins were having so much fun.

After the park we went to McDonalds for ice cream but 2 of the kids were sooo tired they werent even aware that they were eating it. My sister Jaimee had to hold Kalebs ice cream because he still wanted to eat it but was sleeping as he ate it. It was hilarious.

Licking the remains still sleeping.

Mia was doing the same thing. She would not let go of her precious ice cream.

Finally the time came. Trying to smile in the middle of a contraction.

Yeaaaa, he is here. Proud Daddy.

I love this sweet picture...he has Mias face.

Something was wrong with this situation. I felt so good about 2 weeks after that I wanted to get things done. Sooo I am rushing around cleaning and doing laundry and realize the house is quiet. Hmmmm kids asleep, and.........

Husband and baby sleeping. Typical mother always depriving herself of sleep.

He loves the washer and dryer when they are on. So he slept there while I was in the room finishing the laundry.

Ohhh Big sister and Big brother love him dearly.

Finally ventured outside for some sun.
